At Hidesign, we take pride in the handcrafted quality of our leather goods; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit your request.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition, including all tags, dust bags, and the original invoice inside the box.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours for a reverse pickup; please ensure the package is securely sealed.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
